Foundry Holdings Group, LLC is the sole contracting legal entity. Iron and Water Consulting Group and Anvil Business Systems Group are trade names operated under it, not separate legal entities. Governing law: State of Georgia.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or requesting services from Foundry Holdings Group, LLC ("we," "us," "FHG"), including through our Iron and Water Consulting Group or Anvil Business Systems Group product lines, you agree to these Terms.
Compliance OS (Iron and Water Consulting Group) is offered as a flat-rate commercial software license. Anvil Business Systems Group engagements are custom-quoted per client following an intake and assessment process; scope and terms for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.
Compliance OS is currently offered on an early access basis. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site reflect our current plan and are subject to change before general availability. You will be notified of any change to your rate before you are charged.
Payment is collected via Stripe (Card/ACH). Additional payment methods will be added once configured and tested. No payment is collected at the request/intake stage — only after a request is reviewed and approved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
